In 1966 the Miura was introduced by Ferruccio Lamborghini.This timeless beauty took the world by storm and is considered one of the most gorgeous automotive designs of all time. Marcello Gandini designed the sinewy shape that flows like the curves of a beautiful Italian woman. At the heart of this hot blooded temptrest is a transverse mounted, DOHC V-12 topped by four triple-choke Weber carburetors that whail like a banshee from 4500 to the redline at 7700 rpm. These collector cars are very rare with only 762 having been produced from 1966 to 1971.
