Description:
Francois Cevert was a handsome Frenchman that Jackie Stewart took under his wing and become his mentor. Ceverts career with Tyrrell lasted from 1970 to 1973 the year he died in a qualifying session at Watkins Glen. The talented 29 year old was due to take the reins as the number one driver for Tyrrell after Stewarts planned retirement in 1974.
