1986 Le Mans Program Signed by Stuck, Haywood & Mass

The 1986 24 Hours of Le Mans was held May 31-June 1, 1986. It was the 3rd round of the 1986 World Sports Prototype Championship. Rothman’s Porsche with team drivers Derek Bell, Hans Joachim Stuck, and the late Al Holbert, won the race in a Porsche 962C. Hurley Haywood driving for Silk Cut Jaguar Tom Walkinschaw Racing DNF’d in 46th place and Hurley DNF’d in 31st place with the other team. The cover of this official program is 7 1/2” x 10 1/2”. The colorful cover features the #61 car of Kouros Racing Team-Sauber C8 driven by John Nielsen and Mike Thackwell which DMF.

This program is autographed on the Cover by 3-time Le Mans winning driver Hurley Haywood, by 1989 Le Mans winner Jochen Mass (also signed on page 63), and by racing legend Hans-Joachim Stuck (also signed his bio page). Included is a photo of Hurley  & Jochen signing the program while they last.
