1983 Le Mans Program Signed by Haywood & Mass

The running of the 1983 24 Hours of Le Mans was held on June 18-19, 1983. It was the 4th round of the World Endurance Championship and the European Endurance Championship. Team Rothman’s Porsche won the race with drivers Hurley Haywood, Vern Schuppan, and the late Al Holbert. The team won in a Porsche 956. Finishing 2nd in a Porsche 956 was Team Rothman’s Porsche featuring drivers Jacky Ickx and Derek Bell. This colorful cover official program is approximately 7 1/2”’ x 10 1/2”. The overall condition is very good. This is a very highly sought after collectible. This program is autographed on the cover by 3-time Le Mans winning driver Hurley Haywood, and on the cover by 1989 Le Mans winner Jochen Mass(also signed on page 37). Included is a photo of Hurley signing the program while they last.
